The fact it is more natural. The technicians have always been on time and I like that they call ahead and time when they are on their way. They are professional, friendly, and willing to explain what they are doing and how my home can be improved.

The technician called when he was 20 minutes away to say he when he would arrive. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the services he would perform. He answered all my questions and was done in a timely fashion
Great product and service. I was a bit surprised by the advertisement if 3 rooms for $129 but my rooms were “bigger” so I had a different price.
Was impressed with the gentleman doing the cleaning he was helpful and explained everything as he went along, pointing out particular problem areas. I was very impressed with the end product and the fast drying

Dave from Zero Rez came out to help me with a mildew issue that had suddenly taken hold in one of our bedrooms. He was very thorough and helpful in his questions and suggestions. They sprayed a mildew remover first then cleaned, sanitized and protected the carpet. I am very pleased with his service and would highly recommend them for any carpet/upholstery cleaning. I will definitely use them again.
