Everyone was kind and professional, from my first call inquiring on services, scheduling the appointment, and during the cleaning itself. Reagan explained the process and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He wore booties, laid protectors around corners, and added fans to speed drying. Overall a very good experience and we will use Zerorez again.

Collin was our technician. He called in advance to let us know he was on his way and an estimated time when he would arrive. He arrived 4 minutes earlier than expected. After arriving, Collin viewed the areas we wanted cleaned, made some recommendations, explained the total coast to us. He estimated the service would take roughly and hour and a half. Upon completion, he called to let me know he had finished.
When I got home. the carpet looked great.
