No chemicals
First time customer; concerned at first because our crypton upholstery fabric but the technician really was terrific researching and calling to ensure he knew the fabric components to ensure the correct cleaning method. Great job and customer care! Highly recommend.

My furniture is old (10+ yrs), so not all of the stains came out, but the rep was very nice and did explain all of the stains might not be removed. He did a great job. Thank you!

Customer Service was professional and accommodating to our needs for the service. The tech that showed up to our house was very professional. they took care of the carpet in a timely manner and answer all our question. Definitely good service.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone would call me. I had my carpets cleaned on March 16. When the tech arrived I told him there were a couple spot where my dog had wet on the floor. No pet treatment was done. I called and they scheduled for him to come back out two days ago. He did a "pet treatment" but the odor remains. Prior to him treating the carpet Saturday I asked him if I should show him where the areas are and he said no, he would just do the whole room. I paid $137 the first time and $40 the second time and am no closer to having the issue resolved. Would you please call me at Phone number removed?
This was my first purchase from Zerorez. Our technician, Nick, was prompt, friendly and did a fabulous job. I especially love that I got exactly what I requested when I reserved online and didn't have to go through the hassle of hidden charges or pushy up-selling. Zerorez will be the only place I go for carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. Ever. Pleased as punch!
Other than the first scheduling never happened due to the person who was supposed come never arrived within the scheduled time frame. The second schedule went good, person did a good job and was prompt.

I've tried several companies, when wet the carpets look great but when they dry the spots reappear.....with Zerorez this does not happen. our carpets had puppy stains and now they look new again.
