I was very impressed with Brad, our Technion and the care and pride he took in this work.

Service tech was nice but we really did not get good results.

My couches did not appear to be fully cleaned. There were areas on the back where they were not touched due to my dog brushing up against the back. It literally wiped off with my hand. Also I have pets so an enzyme was supposed to be used on the entire couches. Some areas were not even damp with the product. After couches dried...they did not even smell fresh and clean. Not sure what went wrong. For almost $300 for the service it was definitely not worth it.

Mike did a great job and took time to go over the areas I was concerned about. He was very professional and offered to answer any questions I had.

There are several areas where the carpet wasn't cleaned at all in two rooms. You can see where the cleaner was and where it missed.
The other rooms look good.
In addition the driver broke a water line and ran into my ac unit and moved it from its foundation while backing up in the driveway.
It is Saturday night and I cannot do laundry because there is no water going to the machine because it is still turned off due to the break. I was told someone will be out next Friday to fix it but I can't wait that long to do laundry.

Make sure your clients know what differentiates your service from the dozens of other services using almost the same equipment. What I want most is better cleaning at a fair price. I wonder what made your service better than lower to similar priced services I've seen advertised? For example, I clearly expressed concerns about the time for the carpet to dry. I wanted better extraction which your technician didn't even address. Clearly not something you offer. I got the standard 4-8 hours depending on your AC. I get all that but I would have paid a premium for deeper cleaning and better extraction. The technician was "pleasant," but mostly silent on any of my concerns about better cleaning/extraction/odor control. By the way, I offered a dream setup, I moved all of my furniture out of a large great room, how easy was that to clean? My carpets were slightly soiled and I have no pets.
