My cleaning team went above and beyond with their service. I just moved into my home and because my tile floor had a sealant on it which I did not know, they had to remove the sealant as well as clean the tile floor. It took extra time and equipment but the team did it all with a smile on their faces. Extraordinary team!
Very professional service.
First of all, the office staff (Alexis and Savannah) were very helpful and extremely patient with all of my questions. The scheduling and payment process was easy; the email reminders were very helpful.
The technician, Nick, was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early or did we want to keep the original scheduled time. He was not at all pushy about coming early and wanted to do what worked best for us, which we appreciated. Once he arrived, he confirmed the work scope, explained the process, answered our questions and then got right to work.
Our area rugs turned out beautiful! The cleaning process was straight-forward and dry time was great! The rugs were not that old, but one had a "pet accident" and needed professional care. Once dry, they felt and smelled like we had just bought them.....Clean and fluffy with no residue! We have two dogs that walk/lounge on the carpets so the "no residue" aspect is/was very important to us!
Feeling comfortable with the Zerorez company and their cleaning process, we decided to have Nick take two additional area rugs to their offsite location for a good deep cleaning, as they are quite a bit older and in need of more thorough care. I'll update their status once we receive them back.
We will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them for rug cleaning. They were professional from start to finish and did what was agreed to at a reasonable cost.
Since Angies List and Google are the two main tools I use for researching companies, I'll be sure to post this review there, as well.

Mitch was great. I was comfortable having him in my home. I wish certain spots could have come up better. Not sure if stronger chemicals could have gotten more out?
Never used Zerorez before and I wanted to surprise my wife and have the carpet and tile cleaned. We had recently had our ceiling taken from popcorn to knockdown so as you can imagine we needed to have this done. WOW my wife was shocked when she walked in and immediately noticed the kitchen and dining room tile floor. It was unreal and looked like we had just put in in. The carpet felt soft and looked new again. I also wanted to say thanks to Nick our service pro. He was great and Let me say he loves “his” company. Thanks for the amazing job.

My entire experience from the initial scheduling call to the final service was top notch! Colin was our service provider and he was excellent. He arrived right on time and was here for 8 1/2 hours cleaning all our carpet, a sectional sofa and all the tile and grout. He never even took a break or ate lunch. He was extremely professional, efficient and diligent and everything he cleaned looks brand new. I had a couple of spots on my carpet that I was just sure would not clean up and they are now spotless. I have used other companies but never will again. Zerorez is superior to any other and I have already recommended them to four other friends; one of whom has already booked service with them.

Mitch came out to my house. Great, very personable guy. The transformation of my tile floors was unbelievable! I was embarrassed by how dirty they actually were. Didn't realize just how bad they were until Mitch did a pass with his cleaner. My floors were much worse than I thought they were.
Price wise, much less expensive than Stanley Steamer who I have always used in the past.
I will be calling Zerorez for my all my future tile cleanings.

Very thorough, my carpets look brand new. I have small children and a large dog. The tough stains are gone and my house smells so much better.

Need to improve website interface so when you click on the schedule appointment the site populates the clients information, ie if you are a previous client the service has the home address etc.
Your products really clean my carpets without leaving much residue so they seem to stay clean longer. Also, Savannah in the office was great and Reagan who cleaned my carpets was the best technician I've seen so far. Great job and very polite!

Very timely, professional. Dramatic difference. I have been in this house 3 months. It is important to note, previous owners "cleaned" carpets prior to closing. However, EVERY stain came back. I was heartbroken. Your company came very highly recommended. And I could not be happier with how my carpets look now. I had protectant added to the process. I hope and pray that the stains do not come back. Please thank your technician for a job very well done!

Unfortunately the technician did not have the solution needed to clean my leather chair so that had to be dropped from my order. He did however clean the tile in my shower to offset that even though I had not included it on my order. So not perfect, but 8 out of 10 is pretty darn good.
