Tiles look great. Carpet looks good, except the areas I was concerned about. The carpet is only 1 1/2 years old. He tried to explain that he might not be able to get the path areas all cleaned.

In the years that I have had carpet cleaned I have never had any one not be able to clean those areas a bit better.

Attention to details.

When Zerorez does our carpets they are back to new again. We have dogs and a cat that go in and out all day bringing in dirt but in one cleaning and treatment you would never know. And everyone from the people you talk to on the phone scheduling your appointment to the person that comes to clean are polite, and knowledgeable

I liked the way Rico explained everthing and he really knew his job well. Rico was very polite and respectful to both me and myy wife.I could not have asked for a better technician. We both really like Rico. You can be proud and happy to have him as an employee.😉

Our Zerorez tech arrived promptly and was very courteous. He thoroughly explained the Zerorez process and answered all of our questions. Truth be told our carpet should really be replaced, but like most folks we just want it to last "one more year", and we were hopeful but also realistic as to what to expect. Zerorez exceeded our expectations. So many spots and stains that we thought were there to stay are now completely gone. A very few spots remain (blasted toner ink!), but we knew that would be the case and the Zerorez tech did not over promise. Bottom line is our carpets are fresh looking and clean!

Friendly knowledgeable tecnician. (Ours was Kevin, he did an awesome job). The carpet looked close to new when he was done. He even brought a old couch and loveseat back to life that I was going to throw out. Will definitely use your service again.

Technicians were very polite. I called first to get an estimate and explanation of services. Once I had the actual services done estimates stayed true. The whole process was very easy and quick.

They did everything they said they would. Unfortunately, my carpets were beyond disgusting. Replacing them asap.

The customer service is always great! I also love that the carpets don’t feel or look soapy and gross after being cleaned, so they don’t pick up as much dirt!!
