Rugs were not done on time as promised, despite them being there a couple of weeks. I do appreciate Dave the owner delivering them to the house after my unsuccessful trip to pick them up earlier in the day.

I appreciate that Zerorez uses eco friendly chemicals in their products that do not affect animals. This was a concern for me since I have a dog. I also appreciate my encounter with both technicians who came to my home. From beginning to end, my carpets were cleaning to my complete satisfaction. I first called Stanly Steamer to have a Chinese Silk Rug cleaned - they gave me array prices from someone not even in local area. I called Zerorez outstanding customer service from a local rep - they had a Chinese Certified Silk Rug Cleaner - it was one price and much less expensive than Stanly Steamer. Thank you!

We had carpet and tile (floors, shower surround and kitchen backsplash) cleaned throughout our entire house. All the grout throughout our house was then sealed. Most of our house is tiled so there is a lot of grout. Our service technician (Nicholas P.) did an amazing job. He was pleasant, patient, thorough and took pride in his work, which we greatly appreciate. We would definitely contract Nicholas with Zerorez again. Zerorez is very fortunate to have Nicholas P. as part of their team.
