The best aspect of your services is that you do not use soap in the cleaning process. There really is zero residue left after the cleaning is complete and it looks great! Also, your staff is very courteous and professional in addition to being efficient at doing their job. Thanks for a great experience!
We were surprised at what a difference Zerorez did to our carpet. They looked brand new after Reagan finished with them. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable about the company and how the process worked. We would definitely request Reagan again the next time we need services.
Fast and efficient
I gave you guys a great review, but after everything has dried I notice the traffic pattern area on the stairs and the tiving area looks as flat as before. I own a steam cleaning machine and have actually gotten about the same results with it.
While the carpets smelled fresh, I am very disappointed that they are still flat in the traffic areas.
As for the tile they are clean, but nothing that makes me want to spend money for it again. I realize I dont own this home and the grout was not sealed in this home correctly, but even knowing that...I has hoped for a noticeable difference.
Michael was great and so were the girls I spoke to in the office. Maybe I shouldn't have such high expectations.

Technicians did a great job removing stains and cleaning our carpets. They were on time and friendly. I would definitely use again.
My tech called when he was on his way and was very helpful and polite. I had 4 rooms cleaned. With 3 kids and 2 dogs, the carpet was in bad shape. 2 rooms needed pet treatment from stains that have existed for a long time and they are GONE now. The house smells fresh and looks so much brighter now.

My tech, Collin was very professional and took his time cleaning my carpets. He did a thorough job and explained quite well the whole process and how the Zerorez cleaning works. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and would definitely use Collin and Zerorez in the future.
Reagan was so kind and a hard worker. He was willing to do whatever we needed. He was in/and out quickly and did a very clean and thorough job!
My carpet in the traffic area still looks dirty. I thought it would be cleaner. The tile cleaning was great.

I called your company because my sister said you did a good job & I liked the chemical versus soap cleaning. Even though you were having a special (4 rooms for the price of three) I thought your pricing was high, especially when your representative added the cost for the steps, but I went with your company anyway. Let me add here that I live in a house that is a new build, have no kids or pets, I am a clean freak, and everything had been moved out of the way. Your rep came very early, and I was on a conference call, but I put it on mute and kept answering his questions. It was frustrating,because I was trying to accommodate him to take him early, while trying to listen to the call. Then he tried to upsell me because my hallway was too long and counted as another room. Really? When I got the initial quote the rep and I discussed the hall. So I told him to not bother with 1/2 of a room and a closet. All of this again while I was trying to listen to a call and accommodate him. He finally went to work and I to my call. The call ended and I went to see what he had done. Had he been smart and had some sense of customer service, he would have gone ahead and finished that 1/2 room and closet. It would have taken him 5 minutes max. But he did not. It was infuriated. After he left I even wondered if he did parts of the other rooms as there was no moisture as in other places. Now, whenever I walk into that room that was half cleaned, I think about how stupid he was to not do that one little bit and provide good customer service. So no, I would not recommend your company again.
