Nick was terrific. Very thorough in explaining the process. He did make suggestions for other rugs I might need cleaned and for tile sealant. He worked very hard to clean up my dirty grout. It certainly looks much better. Nick was a gentleman, very polite and such a good worker. I would request him next time. He is great.

The stains came right back and when I had the other company come they were able to get rid of them and I think he was in too big of a hurry when he did the work. Very nice guy but did not take his time , I let him know that I had dogs and urine problems and the smell is still as if I never had them cleaned in the 1 room.

I went with Zero because I thought it was like a dry cleaning and it was not so I was also disappointed of that.

I will go back to using who I used before as the work was not as good of a job and I do not think he even put anything down like the other company did for stains.
