Does a real good job with cleaning of the carpet
The technician who came to our house was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, and asked if I had any questions. He completed his work and again checked to see if I had any questions. He did a really nice job.
Product was great, but the service technician was FANTASTIC! Very helpful and patient while we moved furniture.
After the carpet dried, three spots reappeared in the carpet. Also, the stairs were not pre-treated, and when they dried stains appeared. This was never the case in my last two cleanings at different homes, with different techs. I need a call back at Phone number removed to fix this problem.

The tech was friendly and professional. He called when he was 20 minutes away. We went through all of the rooms together before and after. I was worried do.e of the stains on the floor would not come out, but they did! I highly recommend Zerorez and will use their services again
