The customer service was outstanding. The technician was well dressed, covered his shoes and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail, and talked with us about expected results for stains and for the tile. He was very efficient, and professional.

The results were better than both he and we anticipated. Mitch is a super employee and if I owned the business, I would be proud to have him work for me.

My carpet always looks great !! I had them clean our entry hall and laundry room that has tile as well , beautiful job!

The gentleman who came was fantastic and did a great job. He was able to get out a stain at the top of my stairs that I didn't think would go anywhere. He talked out the cleaning and explained what all he was going to do.
