Rico was such a professional...super careful and gave good advice on fabrics and how some stains remove and some don't. He was so polite too. I would recommend Rico cleaning anyone's furniture because of his great care. Love the stain remover kit I purchased!

The technician Michael was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and every step of the process. I had a black spot in the middle of my living room and he explained clearly what he thought it was and what he might be able to do to help. He even throughly explained the helpfulness of carpet protectant. My carpets are 17 years old and have never looked better, he was even able to remove an old tea spot in my back room. Overall i am extremely happy with Zerorez and the services they provied.

My carpet is so much cleaner and soft!
I've tried several companies, when wet the carpets look great but when they dry the spots reappear.....with Zerorez this does not happen. our carpets had puppy stains and now they look new again.

First time customer; concerned at first because our crypton upholstery fabric but the technician really was terrific researching and calling to ensure he knew the fabric components to ensure the correct cleaning method. Great job and customer care! Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a 35 year old house and wanted to make sure the tile was as clean as it could be. It was super easy to schedule an appointment with Zerorez.
