EXCEPTIONAL STAIN REMOVAL RESULTS ON OLD, TOUGH STAINS, MAKES CARPET LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN. TECHNICIANS ARE EFFICIENT, ANSWER QUESTIONS WELL AND ARE FOCUSED THE WHOLE TIME THEY ARE AT YOUR HOME. A BARGAIN COMPARED TO REPLACING CARPET.

The tech broke a pet gate and No compensation was given for the pet gate. Also, he told me in one of my rooms it was a traffic pattern and he could not clean it any better. After he left I used a little green machine and got every bit of the dirt up. I have photos. He told me when the tile grout dried it would look significantly better. I don’t feel like it did after drying. I know it would not look new, but it looks same in traffic patterns.
In a bedroom, around corner of doorway tech says, no matter how much vacuuming everyone gets this dirt line and it will not come clean after time. Again, I got it clean with green machine. No effort made. Also white dribble spits on my wood floors after he left. Chemical not wiped up. Tech made too many excuses.
I feel like your process is cleaner and dries faster.

The technician was very courteous and did a good job. I do have a few traffic patterns that
will need more attention next time. He did a great job on cleaning the hallway which gets a lot of traffic.
Robbie was excellent. He explained what he was going to do and then went about his business as he should.
We have a large light colored wool area rug that needed cleaning. I really didn’t want to send the rug out to be cleaned and Zerorez made that possible.
Zerorez used a topical process to clean our rug without saturating the rug. There were a few spots that needed special attention and Zerorez cleaned them perfectly.
I really thought I’d have to replace the rug but thanks to Zerorez, we’ll be able to enjoy this beautiful wool rug for several more years.

The fumes of the foam or whatever the tech sprays on the carpet to do the shampooing was VERY strong and I work from home so I couldn’t go away for a few hours. Customers need to be forewarned at the time of making the appointment in case they’re asthmatic of the strong fumes. The fragrance was nice but not in concentrated form.
No harsh chemicals, arrived on time, explained process, appears well cleaned.
The guys who came to clean my carpet were kind and professional. The carpet looked amazing when they were done!

Service tech was nice but we really did not get good results.
My couches did not appear to be fully cleaned. There were areas on the back where they were not touched due to my dog brushing up against the back. It literally wiped off with my hand. Also I have pets so an enzyme was supposed to be used on the entire couches. Some areas were not even damp with the product. After couches dried...they did not even smell fresh and clean. Not sure what went wrong. For almost $300 for the service it was definitely not worth it.
Mike did a great job and took time to go over the areas I was concerned about. He was very professional and offered to answer any questions I had.
