Upon Bradley coming, he explained exactly what he would be doing and the products he would use to get out various spots. (I had mostly pet and food spills.) He worked or those areas and proceeded to clean the carpet. He worked miracles. I honestly did not expect to have many of the problem areas to become clean. But he was able to get those areas clean and the carpet looks great. I would highly recommend Zerorez for anyone who is looking to clean their carpets. The price is reasonable and they were able to come in a very timely fashion. Sincerely, Carla B.
Price is a problem. Your higher than everyone else. But your product is better. So I guess it's what you pay for. Guy that cleaned did a good job!

It appears that they were able to get a red wine stain out I'm happy that they offer a 30 day window to return if the stain resurfaces.

The gentleman who arrived was pleasant and a hard worker
It was very expensive and the guy talked me into cleaning a chair that I wasn’t going to have cleaned and he didn’t get any of the stains out of it. He was very nice and professional, but your prices are way too high for the quality of work

Professional staff and clear pricing. Showed up timely and everything was spelled out upfront. No hard sells onsite or any deviation from what I agreed to. Carpets are great now and it was done in an hour or less.
My technician was very thorough and answered any questions and concerns that I had. I was notified at every stage as to when he would arrive and he was prompt and made me feel that he was in no hurry to get to another job. We were made to feel that we were his top priority. Our carpets look and feel great. We will call them again when the carpets need a good clean again.
