The carpet was not cleaned at the edges as expected

Technician was prompt, called to let us know he was en route. He is very knowledgeable about Zerorez products/services.

There was minimal after-treatment/cleaning odor. The carpet areas that were heavily soiled look much, much better. Ditto the one rocker recliner Jadon cleaned and treated.

We appreciate the entire experience, and we thank you (especially Jadon).

I've used Zeroez three times previously to clean my carpets. Results have always been very good and service staff wonderful. This past week when they came I decided to try their tile cleaning service as well. I still am blown away how my old tile with dark dirty grout lines looks brand new! I added almost every tiled room in my house after seeing the results of the first bathroom! I will definitely have Zeroez return!

He got the worst pet stain up

Worst company in the world - will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney and BBB - your Technician was a waste of my time and came here to offer excuses - I legally have every right to tell my story truthfully and will use every opportunity in social media and state / federal agencies to share your ruining my tile, grout, and caulk.

My entire experience was excellent. From the online reservation system to wishing the tech well at the end of the day, it was perfect. Gerard was very through and pleasant. I will definitely use Zerorez Jax again!

Service tech was friendly. Carpet looked much better. Should add carpet tightening to service line. 1 circle of carpet protection was excessively sprayed in error and left wet and stained. He let us know to contact main number for clean up.
