The service was excellence but the equipment just didn’t pull the dirt from the grout. The house is only two years old and I’ve scrubbed the dirt from the grout twice now and it’s a lot of work. So I decided to give it a go with your company. Unfortunately, the tile was clean in certain areas but it didn’t pull the dirt from all the grout so I had to get on my hands and knees to make sure it was cleaned before your company employee sealed it. Now he worked really hard on the floor so it was nothing that he did wrong it just didn’t work well on our floor. I spent most of the night cleaning the tile again because of the grout residue that was left behind. I will perform a pre-cleaning of the grout before it’s cleaned by your company next time. I really wish it would have work because it’s a tough job doing it by each individual tile. There was also an area where the machine tore the grout right out of the floor. I did take some pics of the missing grout and the residue from the cleaning if you need those.

Your worker was great - wish I could remember the young gentleman's name.

He looked at the job and said the estimate was good. He offered better protection from stains, which we declined. He looked at one hard-worn area (kids trampoline leg scars) and said he'd do his best with them.

He did the job and left the carpets looking beautiful. The trampoline scars are clean but worn, which we accept.

Then he took his equipment and departed with smiles and thanks.

I had our granite cleaned and sealed and had some very tough water mineral stains around our sink. Andrew who was performing the services, did an excellent job. He was actually able to clean the mineral stains and you can barely see them which he didn't think he could do.
