Caring and knowledgeable service, thorough job by technician
I had an area rug, a fabric sectional and carpets cleaned. The service was wonderful. Collin took the time to listen to my needs and ensured the appropriate treatment was administered to the areas where needed. He was courteous, professional, and punctual, something I am not accustomed to lately! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone needing service.

When I saw my clean carpet I was amazed. I knew he didn't have time to put in new carpet, but it looks like he did. I am very satisfied with the service and the price.
Outstanding job. Great value. Tech's worked hard, very careful with furnishing & adjacent floor. Clean up and detail work of highest caliber. Result spectacular. Strongly recommend using and will use again in future 10/10 score.

Light weight pieces of furniture were not moved, and employee did not ask my husband to move them. Bed was not cleaned under. Cleaning equipment was able to fit under edge of bed and could have gone under rest of bed

If you could just clean one carpet and a lower price instead of a flat rate...I will not likely use you guys more than every other year bc of the cost.
