Unfortunately even with you all coming back to redo the carpet and tile cleaning I don’t see a noticeable difference :( it was a lot of money for us to spend to not see a difference
y'all did a wonderful job! The young man who came to my home was professional, explained what he was going to do, and was very quick. Thank you
Courteous and the spot is gone
Awesome work! My floor looks brand new again.
Technician was courteous and professional
Technician was awesome!!!
Products that are safe for pet.
They did a very good job. The reason for the lower score is because it was alot more expensive than I thought it would be.
Bronson and Max were awesome! Very nice young men.
I just don’t feel like much was done for the money spent. I guess I expected a more thorough cleaning.
I always use Zerorez and love the quality, price and service. I had a bad pet experience and Zerorez made sure that my carpets were cleaned and treated to the best of their ability.
Brad was very informative, honest, and professional, and a conscientious worker! I would have them back the next time! He reoresented your company well!
My carpets were cleaned with little drying time. Good Job!

You do a great job, but we couldn’t afford it without the discount.
Great employees! Great service! High quality at every visit!
I don’t understand why your tech are not wearing masks in people’s homes. Seems to be obvious to me that masks should be worn.
Scheduling was prompt and accommodating, the service tech pleasant and professional, the process relatively quick, and it did a good job!!
Our tennis floors look great! Hope to have them done again in about four months.
Staff very professional. This is the first company I have used in which I can see the difference in my carpets. You all do an amazing job!
Had 3 different service calls with 3 different technicians, quality was there each time.
Very professional and great job with carpets!
Very polite and conscientious service technician.
Colin was great!
I am a repeat customer and I have been very happy with carpet cleaning and floor tile. The service I just paid for was cleaning shower tile in two bathrooms and am very disappointed. The showers look no better after the cleaning, definitely a waste of money.
Brad did an excellent job cleaning the bedrooms in my home. When he was finished, the carpets looked brand new and they are 10 years old.
My carpet looks stain free and smells so clean. Jeff was so professional and so sweet to tolerate my dog who can be very annoying!
