The carpet barely looks like it was cleaned this time. Each guy seems to clean differently. This is my 3rd time using you and each time the carpet comes out differently.
Unimpressed. The first time Zerorez “cleaned” our tile floors there were residue pools scattered throughout the house. And walking barefoot on the “cleaned” floors resulted in dirty, brown soles.
The second time (to the company’s credit, 2 days after the first visit) to “fix” the residue issue resulted in no visible residue; however, now the areas in the house with tile floors smell like a dirty bar rag. Or dirty socks. Or a mix of the two. Either way not pleasant. And while not as bad, walking barefoot on the “clean” tiles still resulted in dirty feet.
And there’s really no visible difference in the grout. While not visibly dirty, it’s nothing special either.
Competent technician, good service, dried quickly with no stickiness.
Brad did an amazing job saving our sectional couch. We have two fur baby that love to get on the couch so the smells was getting really bad but thank god for Zerorez and Brad hard work that we are finally enjoying our couch again :). The odors is no longer there and the color is back to it original just the way we bought it. Definitely training our dogs not to get on the couch from now on.

There is no chemical smell or residue.
I felt that the technician rushed through his job. This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez out. The first time went great, this time not so much. A day later, is doesn’t look like the carpets were even cleaned. I don’t think your company will get a 3rd opportunity.

The tech, Andrew, was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and efficient. My carpets look great and it was a feat. We moved into someone else’s pet mess and he was able to give an amazing consult, treat, and advise! Will be calling again as the years go on!!!

This is the only carpet cleaning company I’ve ever used where you are required to move the furniture yourself if you want the rug beneath the couch, loveseat, etc. cleaned. Everyone else has employees that do that.
Your employee helped move portable things but I only got about two-thirds of the area cleaned that I paid to get cleaned. He did offer to help move the heavy things but said they shouldn’t be put back on the carpet for several hours.
That would have required me to move all the heavy furniture back by myself. That’s just odd.
The quality was comparable or a little better than companies I’ve used before. But when you factor in only getting part of the room cleaned the other companies’ value is probably better.
