How fresh and clean our floors and home looks and smells
Technician was very knowledgable, explained exactly what he was going to do, where and why. Very helpful giving me suggestions on reducing further damage to my carpet due to boys and a dog!

My carpets and tile floors are clean and fresh. The technician, Jerard, was pleasant and personable. He was very careful to not track in any dirt or water by wearing covers on his shoes. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and I was not pressured to do more or add on services. Good company.

How clean Zerorez gets all my floors
Matthew was extremely nice, a hard worker and did an excellent job on our old, filthy carpet! We couldn't be more pleased.
For the second time using Zerorez we have been totally satisfied with their work. Their representative was professional and was able to change the service we had requested on the spot. Work was completed in a timely manner and to our total satisfaction. We had used another cleaning service previously and their charges were almost three times what Zerorez charged us. Will be using them again next year.
