I would recommend a new process when your technicians gave to take the big plastic hoses into someone’s home, especially with wood stairs. We would suggest having either blankets or some type of covering that will prevent scratches from happening.
The products used displayed to be very useful for getting stains out and making the carpet beautiful again. I've already recommended my Father and he is making an appointment.
