Great communication and easy to get an appointment. I’ve been stood up by workmen from other companies before, but because of the reminder texts and emails, I knew they were coming!

Not by the fault of the technician that came out, but I was misquoted on the price of the cleaning of my sectional. When he arrived, he addressed it would be $100 more than what I was quoted for. I had explicitly explained on the phone while making the appointment that I had an L shaped sectional with a chaise lounger on one side. I also explained that we had a very small area of tile in our kitchen and both baths, reiterating the small square footage. She assured me that the areas would be measured upon arrival for the appointment, and made no mention of minimum square footage requirements. When the technician arrived and mentioned the increase of the couch, I declined the could service. He then measured all areas with tile and grout, and said that I did not meet the minimum square footage requirement, and would pay the minimum $129 regardless of the amount of service. I am not happy with the poor outline of pricing and quoting, the pre-treatment residue left in the corners of the area that were cleaned, and a large wet ring left on a sisal rug (where the round cleaning machine was left sitting while other materials were being put away). The technician was polite, arrived early, and did apologize for the pricing miscommunication.

We have used Zerorez to clean our tile and grout twice and had our grout sealed once as well. They also cleaned all of our carpets the last time they were here. The difference is definitely noticeable - the floors look almost new again. We have had two different technicians and both were professional, friendly and respectful of our home. Highly recommend and will use them again!
