You get the job done! My carpet stays clean longer using zerorez. You also offer other services that I have used in the past when I needed them.

Most important the carpets are clean and soft with no odor. They dry in less time than I have
experienced with other companies.

I've been using Zerorez for several years now. I have 20 year old carpet that they clean to look like new! Always a great job and the technicians are knowledgeable and personable. They offer additional services without being "pushy" (and take rejection well.) I will certainly continue to use them.
The guy was very nice, helpful, professional. He cleaned 5 rooms, however The carpet in master bedroom does not look clean. He did tell me it may be difficult to get the soil out but it looks the same before it was cleaned. You can still clearly see the outskirts where bed was sitting. I guess I expected better results since it's just soil and not stains. I'm considering hiring someone else to come and clean that room which is disappointing. We are getting ready to put house on market and hoping it will not deter buyers.
He did agree to add on my living room and cleaned it, however he could not get several stains out so I'm having to replace it. The guy was super nice and worked hard to do a good job, just wished the master room would have better results.
The technician was very nice and cleaned up after himself. The issue is there is soap scum residue (white) on my green couch. It faded some when it dried but did not disappear all together. I fear the rug which was also cleaned will now collect dirt where there is soap residue. Because of the busy pattern in the rug, we won’t know until we start walking on it. It was my understanding that there would be zero residue and that just is not the case on the couch. For that reason I suspect the same issue will be with the rug.
I like that the products are all natural and that there was an option for a pet guard after the treatment.
The product is excellent.
And the service is great.

Serviceman was very professional. Did a good job.
They were able to come do our carpets within a couple of days of my call. I was very pleased with the results. I liked the special which included the work area kitchen tile. The grout looks so much better.

Professional employees. Great work ethic.
The rugs were not cleaned. The tech was in a hurry. He called saying he was 25 minutes away. (540 pm in the 3-6 p.m. appt window) Wondering if I wanted to reschedule. Showed up 5 minutes later. Paid $210 for poor service and poor outcome. Will never use Zerorez again at my home or business.

Your technician was very well versed and did as bets he could on the Dining room carpet with pet stains . The area carpet cleaned amazingly well, looks like new.
He did a great job overall. Wish I had tipped him more. You need people with that kind of experience to do the good job that was done......He deserves 5 stars !!!

I had my carpet cleaned around Christmas and want too happy . Felt the job was rushed . Zerorez did respond and return on January 13th to re address my concerns. This time I was upsold with a spot treatment $40 additional. For them to re treat an area and clean . Now two weeks later still looks the same . Felt the second job was rushed also and with the additional $40 was a ploy to garner more money based on having to come back .
No soap used. Carpets dry quickly. Friendly technician. Online appt scheduling.
