The Gentleman was very nice and did an excellent job. He worked hard on our traffic areas they look amazing. I felt bad he had to come back and to a rinse in 2 small areas. He worked hard and gets an A Super Plus from us!
Last year the fellow Thur came out did a fantastic job. His mane was Mitch. This year the guy aWas very nice, but the results were nit the same. Left water on the tile in the hallway and we had to clean it as it was cloudy. Also did not spot clean nearly as well. Will call you again next year and see if it's any better.
I love your customer service. Brad cleaned my tile and carpet and was such a professional. I have tried several different companies in the past but your company out does them all. My tile grout looks the best ever. I will continue to use you guys. Thank you so much.

Workers were very professional. They recommended pre-treatment to take out pet stains and showed me which stains were unlikely to come out. Did excellent job.
I could not be more pleased with the service. The technician was professional and my carpets look brand new. He put pads around the corners of furniture in the way and he swiffered my hard wood floor on the way out the door. Honestly, I was ready to replace the carpet before he arrived. Plus, he cleaned all the black lab dog hair from my sofa. Impossible, but he did it😊

Mitch was so nice he did a wonderful job on my sectional and ottoman it looks and smells so good!!! He was very fast I could talk to him all day he was so friendly and patient while I was homeschooling and caring for my toddler which was all over the place. I will definitely request for him when I need my furniture or rugs cleaned!!! Thanks
I was able to get more stains out on my own I felt like the gentleman who came to clean our floors rushed and missed a lot of areas.

Our technician was friendly and worked quickly. I work from home and he worked around me and got the job done with no disruption. Our carpets and rug look and feel amazing under foot. I've noticed an improvement in my indoor allergy symptoms too. Zerorez is a must for us, at least once a year as long as we have carpets.Thanks for the excellent service.
The gentleman who came out was very nice, early and came in and got the job done. Explained what he was doing and wasn't irritated In the least about my children watching.

Each time I have used Zerorez, the technicians have always been knowledgable about how to address my needs and very polite and professional. They take the time to explain the cleaning process ensure the work is done to my satisfaction. This time, Collin cleaned an area rung and the bedroom carpet. He was polite, professional, and cleaned the areas beautifully. Zerorez call center staff is also amazing! I've called twice for last-minute jobs and they do everything to ensure I am taken care of right away. Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend who stages homes for sale for a living and I can see why she relies on them time and time again. Keep up the great work!
