Courteous service when appointment scheduled. Hayden did a great job completing the cleaning requested. Fast and efficient.
We are repeat customers and our neighbor scheduled service while Hayden loaded up the van.
You do not use chemicals or perfumes to bother my allergies. Nothing used to leave a residue. Caring company and reps that keep my home clean and fresh. Periodic specials that allow me to clean more often. This type of cleaning extends the life of carpets.
Techs were very pleasant and courteous. Products were not harsh and did not have an Odor.

The technician was very professional, clean and friendly. He went out of his way to move furniture. He was very accommodating to me and my dogs. Tile was cleaned in a timely manner and I was shocked how well the grout cleaned up. My floors look and smell clean and like new!! Very satisfied and will use your company again!

Pet stains are always removed, carpets dry fast and the technicians go above and beyond and are always so professional!

The technician was very professional and tidy; the carpets looked good—but I was told it would take about 6 hrs to dry-at 6 hrs/4pm it was still very wet; at 12 hrs we had to lightly walk on it to go to bed-still pretty wet; when we got up at 7am, it was still damp. It’s just beginning to feel almost dry-more than 36 hrs. That is not what I expected or wanted. I don’t believe I’ll use you again.

Mitch and Jared were awesome. They were very professional and efficient. They were on time and removed stubborn stains from my daughter's carpet. I use Zerorez twice a year, in February and again in September. I recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

My carpets look great! Collin and Loren did a fantastic job! They were on time, friendly, professional and explained what they were doing and what services are offered. When they finished cleaning a room they had me look at the finished product to make sure I was happy. I wish I would have gotten them cleaned sooner. Thank you Zerorez! Excellent service! Technician calls ahead when he's on his way. Looks at what needs to be done and the price is agreed upon before he even starts cleaning. The technician makes sure the customer is happy before he packs up his equipment. Fast & Easy and very professional!
