Our recent experience with Zerorez could not have been better. Amy gave us a preliminary quote over the phone and scheduled our appointment within a few days. Our technician, Dale, arrived promptly, explained the process and completed our tile cleaning and sealant with in a couple of hours. He was very professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely call Zerorez for future projects.
Our technician, Austin, was polite and courteous. He worked hard to get our rugs super clean. He even called to let us know he could arrive a little earlier than expected, which was great!

Technician called ahead and arrived early. Carpet and upholstery is thoroughly cleaned with no crunchy residue. All services are reasonably priced and good discount specials are readily available.
There is a clean smell in the house and the tiles look awesome. Carpets are also very clean.
The tech Brad was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his work. The house smelled clean after not like wet carpet. My couches look better than new.
