Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing very reasonable
I like that I have no allergic reaction, nor do my pets while still getting beautifully clean carpets. The bonus is that they are almost dry by the time the technician leaves. Please do not misunderstand me. They are not completely dry but awfully close to it by comparison to other cleaners. My first experience with Zerorez was when I had tried to clean my own carpets & over wet them. If you’ve ever done the same, you know what a terrible sour smell comes with that method. Zerorez came to the rescue and made my soggy mess right & left me with fresh smelling, nearly dry carpets. Can’t say enough good about them!
The technician was very helpful, and the tile and carpets look great!
We are very happy with what you guys did
And thanks for your service.

Brad did an incredible job on my very dirty carpet. The house smells clean and fresh, not to mention the carpet looks brand new. Thank you for your hard work and services!! I’m a first time happy customer and will be back!!
carpet turned out nice
I have used Zerorez at my previous home in Atlanta and was pleased with the service and the quality of the work. When they had the sale of three rooms for $99.00, I decided to try them here in Nocatee though my rugs were in good shape. They came on time and no surprises. While they were here, I had them clean a 5x8 rug in my bedroom for $40.00. Russell my my tech who was thorough , polite and did a great job. Definitely will use again. My rugs look brand new once again.
Got my dark grout back to a bright light color!

Tech was very friendly and explained things very clear
Honesty in pricing, superior cleaning service and results. Respected home, wore a mask :)
The technician that came out was extremely professional and explained everything being done. He also gave me options on additional services that you provided. I didn't know you cleaned tiles and grout and he told me that you do he even measured for possible future services. He explained to me how important it was to not put the furniture with wooden legs on the carpet until dry because the would would permanently stain the wet carpet. He also gave me four little plastic pieces to put under the legs of my furniture to prevent this. Not to mention that the carpet looks great and it was not soaked.
Completed job as agreed in timely manner at a fair price. Technician Loren was very professional.
The gentleman was on time and very professional. He also did a great job removing blood from a carpet that happened when my husband fell. I will definitely use the service again and advise others to do the same. The cost was also reasonable compared to other companies!

Arrive on time and get the job done Always please with the results
