How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tile cleaning jn bathroom there was no cleaning on sides or behind toilets was a small black peice of listerine cap at edge of toilet never moved or picked up left it there to see upon further observe still dust behind hall bath toilet in living rm small book shelve dust under never moved as we discussed with workers.don't think it was a very good job.

I was disappointed in the cleaning of my sofa. One area that did not come as clean as I had hoped it would.

You showed up on time and called me when you actually had a cancellation when I requested an earlier time. Your employees were nice, polite, efficient, and did a fabulous job. The carpets came a lot cleaner than I thought they would. Your service tech was professional and very polite. When he finished he had me walk with him and showed me a spot(paint on carpet) he could not remove. Was very impressed with him.
