Our technician was friendly and worked quickly. I work from home and he worked around me and got the job done with no disruption. Our carpets and rug look and feel amazing under foot. I've noticed an improvement in my indoor allergy symptoms too. Zerorez is a must for us, at least once a year as long as we have carpets.Thanks for the excellent service.
The gentleman who came out was very nice, early and came in and got the job done. Explained what he was doing and wasn't irritated In the least about my children watching.
Personnel and it cleans.
Each time I have used Zerorez, the technicians have always been knowledgable about how to address my needs and very polite and professional. They take the time to explain the cleaning process ensure the work is done to my satisfaction. This time, Collin cleaned an area rung and the bedroom carpet. He was polite, professional, and cleaned the areas beautifully. Zerorez call center staff is also amazing! I've called twice for last-minute jobs and they do everything to ensure I am taken care of right away. Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend who stages homes for sale for a living and I can see why she relies on them time and time again. Keep up the great work!

Customer service and the non use of soap to clean carpets
The service person was excellent - very cordial and respectful and he did an awesome job! The difference in my tile floors and my couches was incredible. I love the fact that the product does not harm people or pets. I also love the fact that the company works on weekends, so that people do not have to miss work. I would highly recommend them to everyone - in fact, I already have!!
We had our leather recliner cleaned. Prior to the cleaning the tech explained the process and the time period to wait to us the chair (which was only for 45 min). But it was nice that he pointed this out and answered several questions I had. We also had our foyer grout cleaned which I was on the bubble doing as it didn’t look bad. I was quite surprised after he finished & sealed the grout it looked so much better. Glad we did it!

That you guys are upfront with the cost of services and very knowledgeable of what needs to be done to clean different surfaces. Great job done on carpet and tile floors in the entire house .
I like the fact that besides not getting the carpets wet, they also have a variety of offerings such as furniture and grout cleaning. We just had the grout in our master bath done and it looks brand new!
Our floors look almost new. They are clean, fresh, and look great!
