cleaning tools should be clean before and after using it . I had to clean it and sterilize the equipment before I let your carpet cleaner clean my carpet. Equipment was dirty and rusted.

Hello! We recommend using a steam mop or using mild cleaning products diluted in water. Vinegar and water is a good option. Try to avoid products like ammonia and bleach, or you run the risk of stripping the sealant off your grout.
