I was able to schedule a next day service at a time that was convienient to me. They called before they got there and also when they left. (the unit was vacant and I left a key). The price was reasonable and the work was perfect as always.
The only thing I didn’t like was that their was so many up charges. Just quote the price from the start. It makes one feel like the lower price was just to get you to book an appointment. It makes one feel like you think the customer is stupid.

I like the Quality job done. Your technicians are very conscientious. We had the pleasure of your tech, Austin, at our home yesterday, 3/4. He did a great job and he really took pride in his work.

My only negative comment is with making the appointment - it took me three phone calls the week before with an initial request to have someone come from 1- 4 on Wednesday. Then I received a voice mail the day before that someone would come between 9 and 11. It was easy for me to change my original plans at the last minute and it actually worked out better that he came in the morning but I would have had to cancel getting my carpets cleaned had I not been able to change my original plans.

The carpet dries very quickly. There is no flaky residue. The Techs are always very knowledgeable about their products and services.
We have used Zerorez many times in the past and have always been very happy with their service. When they leave my carpets are always clean and smelling wonderful!

Priced right, service tech on time. This is my second time using Zerorez and the results were good. The only problem is the service tech said my front room was bigger this time then last time although nothing has changed in room size or furniture and would cost more than specials offered if I used Zerorez again. Therefore I will check for other carpet cleaning companies in the future who have also cleaned my carpets before (aka Stanley Steamer & one other local carpet cleaning company) with no problems with room size being larger than specials allow. Same room same size. Sounds fishy!

Your firm uses the most eco friendly products currently available. My technician was efficient and knowledgeable in the tools he was using while taking the upmost care in cleaning my furniture and rugs. I would highly recommend this company for furniture, carpet and tile floor cleaning,
