Zerorez of Jacksonville is a great company. I would give them a 10 if I could!
Max, the tech was the best person I've ever had clean my carpets. He was responsive, courteous and kind.
He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly. I would be ecstatic not only to have him come out and provide the service again, but if it was my company I would hire him immediately.
Max is a great asset to his employer and in fact, as far as I'm concerned, he should get a huge raise, because that is how good of an experience he provided. Thank you Max, and thank-you Zerorez. I look forward to having you out again very soon to clean my carpets and other areas of my home as well.

Had my tile cleaned this time. Jeff did an excellent job. Looks like new.
Used 4 or 5 times. Never disappointed.
There’s a dark spot that I wanted out more than the carpets cleaned. I asked the guy cleaning about it and he said it was a high traffic area and when it dried it would be lighter. Its not. But rest of carpet looks great
All the employees that I delt with were very friendly over the phone and in person. I would definitely use them again.

I really appreciated the fact that you use the protective corners in the hallways to keep the hose from marking my walls. The job was done quickly and we were given very clear direction on what to do to make sure we allowed the carpets to dry in a timely manner. The carpets look so clean and fluffy again. Very pleased.
The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the process performed very well and took the time to explain the benefits of proper carpet maintenance.
