I always like the results and find that the carpet stays cleaner longer than other services.
A great cleaning job and the best customer service ever!
The service seems to be dependent on the technician. We always use Zerorez however one technician told us our carpet was in great shape and another one said if was at the end of its life a few months later. Some stains come out easily yet others appear to have been missed.
Russell was on time, efficient, personable, and did a wonderful job!
