T he floor in my kitchen and hallway and laundry room was being steamed cleaned. The gentleman did a good job except in the laundry room. For some reason he did not finish the job properly. He left the last set of tiles by the wall undone. As you walk in from the garage it's the first thing you see. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

My carpet is at least 25 years old and gets hard wear, little proper care and infrequent cleaning. Yet your methods and workmanship left it looking great! It was dry enough to walk on in 4 hours. Thanks! Nice technician too.
