Professional courteous knowledgeable on time did a great job turned out better than expected. And unlike competitors that use steam extraction and cleaners, it is so so true that no residue negates the reappearance of stains ,trouble spots , and high traffic areas.
Bottom line it stays clean.
when you use detergent and you don't get it all back off of the carpet simply put it is sticky and removes the soil from your feet in that area to stain it and it reappears .With zerorez that is not an issue at all. It also feels good to receive good service and a good value with accountability and that is rare these days.
Before you consider going to your grocery store and renting a machine and working your butt off not knowing what you're doing and spending well over half as much as you would with zerorez if not as much, emptying buckets of dirty water 20 times, only to have poor to Fair results and quick reappearance of trouble areas, call zerorez he will be so happy.
