Just wasn't as happy with the cleaning this time as I have been in the past. As many times as I use zerorez, it is hit or miss on the quality of service.
Second time you have cleaned furniture at iur home. Both visits were great. Your employees were professional and did a great job.

Even though my service person was wonderful, the stains came back virtually a day later. I am not blaming Zerorez, possibly the carpet is beyond cleaning!
Our technician Andrew was outstanding. He was timely, and showed great attention to detail. We have always enjoyed the Zerorez experience. I have noticed whatever product they are now using for the pet treatment isn't as good as what they used before. We Have 2 small puppies who sometimes have accidents in the house. We never used to be able to smell the urine after Zero Rez came and did their thing but now we can. I recently had them come to treat our carpets and had to call them back for a retreatment because we could smell and and sometimes see the stains reemerging. I don't fault Andrew for this but the company should take notice of this problem and correct it!

My flooring wasn't very dirty, just a few treatment spots. Another cleaning company cleaned the carpets 2 months ago but didn't use quality products like zeronez does. It's why I called you.
The product used was good. The technician didn't put his cover booties on while cleaning the carpets in 3 bedrooms and he was going in and out of the house all the time bringing the dirt in... I found it strange but didn't say anything. I thought you guys just don't use booties in your service. To my surprise, after the carpets were done, he walked outside and put booties on for a bathroom tile cleaning. Is it the way its supposed to be? He was a very nice guy but I had to ask him multiple times to go over some sports to make them look cleaner. I just expected more effort to do the spotless job.

I wanted to get the dog urine smell from the carpet and it still smelled the first time and then you came back and made the carpet look like new! Much appreciated.
