There are some dark spots here and there. I think the technician in the future should stay until the grout is totally dry to make sure each area was thoroughly treated.
Overall is a fabulous job but there are some details left that stand out due to how well most areas were cleaned

The response from 1st phone call, till the day our floors were cleaned was very quick . The technician was knowledgeable and very professional . I will use Zerorez again when needed .
The special deal I was given was for 3 bedrooms , while we only had 2. Adding a fee, although it was a small fee, for a hallway ( not really a hall, could be considered part of our bedroom), put a damper on all of the high points of the good service.
Otherwise, our tech, Reagan, was very cordial and did a good job. ( except the stairs stayed a bit soggy for quite a while).
He did get 2 stains up that a previous carpet company couldn’t .
Overall, a very good experience.
