It makes the carpet look so clean and it is not wet like other cleaning items. Cleaning people wear protective gear over their shoes so they will not get the cleaned area dirty.

The technician arrived on-time, was courteous, friendly and explained the process in detail, He demonstrated good knowledge of the Zero Rez methods. e cleaned and treated my carpet including removal of numerous pet stains. The overall effort was performed well and the results were great.
The guy didn't move any furniture to clean or ask if we would like things moved so all the carpet could be cleaned. Have had better service from other businesses.

As always, service is outstanding and always do a great job in cleaning our carpets. I have never had a problem with Zerorez.
Other carpet cleaning seemed to become a magnet for dirt after it was completed. Zerorez has no residue.
If you have any issues you can call and they will send someone to correct it. The first time I had them I called because there was a spot that was gone when they finished but after drying it came back to the surface. The technician came and corrected it at no charge.
Very pleaded... professional and efficient...used all the other carpet cleaners, Zerorez has been the best. Highly recommend.
Did not think the stairs were as clean as they could be
You come when you say you will! The technicians have talked to me about stains so that they can use the right chemicals. The carpet is clean and looks great!!!
