Clean smell and friendly staff
Good service. Quality cleaning.
Colin was very thorough and fully explained cleaning processes for carpet, shower tiles, area rugs and vinyl flooring. He was clean, pleasant and so efficient and professional. The carpets look great and the vinyl flooring looks brand new. We opted out of the tile at this time. Cost was very reasonable and clearly explained before service was rendered and again after. We are very pleased!
Effective communication regarding arrival, respect of our property, good recommendations, solid work to cleans our carpets well.

Don't know the name of the tech., but he did the best job I have ever had done, which is many. You need to give him more money..
Not charge $ 60 more than quoted and move smaller furniture and items and shampoo under them

I am always amazed at how clean my carpet is after service. I did not have the same experience with previous companies. I was told some stains would not come out but Zerorez got them out! Products only work though if you have the right person doing the job. Your technician Mitch is that guy! He was prompt, friendly, had a great attitude, keeps things tidy and goes above and beyond to do an exceptional job. The care he takes at his work truly shows his desire to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely request Mitch again and I would recommend him to anyone needing their carpet cleaned!
The quality of work has always been excellent. The technicians are friendly and professional.
Our technician Reagan was great but our room still smells like dog urine. We did the sub floor extraction because there is a lot of it so this was a long shot. I guess there's too much for the cleaning to help but I wanted to try this before replacing the carpet.
I guess the last technician you sent spoiled me a bit because he seemed to put more time and effort into the cleaning process than the most recent tech. He just seemed to be going through the motions. Like I said just not comparable to the first service I had.

Technician was unable to clean wood flooring, yet I still had to pay $80 for his time.
No problem getting scheduled soon and completed job quickly. Let me know when they were on their way to my home. Ran a little later than we had scheduled but called within 15 minutes and let me know.

The quality and feeling of personal service.
Zerorez personnel were prompt to call to arrange an appointment, and the rep / technician initiated a courtesy call before arrival. Much appreciated, especially during the busy pre-Thanksgiving timeframe.
The rep is a very nice young man. But I was surprised that he had no answer when I asked about follow-up for routine maintenance of the carpet and the sofa, how to treat spills or whatever.
As an example, after he left I noticed dark lines along the side of a sofa cushion that he obviously couldn't get cleaned (or may have been missed). I wish the spot had been pointed out, with possible suggestions for alternate cleaning methods. No one likes to find a surprise.
I will probably hire Zerorez again, and have already promoted my positive experience.

Zerorez got very old yucky carpet very clean. I could see and feel the difference. The technician was very straight forward, helpful, and polite.

I was not happy that the price I was quoted on the phone went up by almost $100. 3 bedrooms, formal living, dinning and family room and a hall. Was told that the family room was over sized. The tech was very personable and I believe he did a good job on the year old carpet.
