The tech, Andrew, was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and efficient. My carpets look great and it was a feat. We moved into someone else’s pet mess and he was able to give an amazing consult, treat, and advise! Will be calling again as the years go on!!!

They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. Their technician Chris Ivan came out to do the job and he was great. In my opinion he went above and beyond to do the job. My carpet has never looked better. I am very impressed with what he did. He cleaned in places that were hard to get to and it really makes the area look even better. I have had my carpet cleaned several times over the past years by other companies, but they never reached quality of service that I received from Chris and Zero-Rez. I am so impressed that they have a spot of honor on my refrigerator. That way when I am ready for the carpet to be cleaned again, I will know who to call (and recommend to others)/. Again, great job and thanks.
Zerorez was quick and clean. They don't use detergents so my carpet was left clean with no residue.

Customer service and cleaning
I felt that the technician rushed through his job. This is the second time I’ve had Zerorez out. The first time went great, this time not so much. A day later, is doesn’t look like the carpets were even cleaned. I don’t think your company will get a 3rd opportunity.
