Professional Service and the overall Results are amazing!
Tech was very nice and informative. He even helped us save money by removing a service we didbt need. We used that money to get our tile cleaned and sealed. Carpet and tile looks great.

What I appreciate most is your commitment to satisfaction. I recently had an issue with my exterior furniture cleaning and once I expressed the problem, Zerorez immediately sent over another tech free of charge to try to resolve. When that tech couldnt resolve, they took my cushions to main office to try something else that cant be done in field. I was blown away at their commitment to the quality and satisfaction of their customers.
I will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them to friends and family as it is difficult to find authentic excellent customer service these days.

Large spots of cleaning residue were visible on our tile floors when the tile completely dried. Our tile floors were not clean after they were “cleaned”, leaving brown residue on the soles of our feet.
The company is sending a technician to our residence tomorrow (11/15/19) to re-clean our floors and grout: if the results improve, I will gladly amend or submit a new, more positive survey.
You show up on time promised and explain what you will be doing. My carpets look amazing and dry on time. The person doing the work is nice and polite. Thank you.
