There are spots where the floor was not cleaned effectively and there was a lot of residue left behind, to the point my husband and I had to map.
The professional was very friendly and he explained every step, I am not sure why there were so many spots remaining

Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable - it doesn’t get any better! Our tech, Tanner, commented on an estate sale find that he I believed was Oriental. We found the label and he set me up with a video to explain your specialized process to clean it. We sent it with him for a swim in your pool! Beautiful results and outstanding people!

Professional and kind staff and a good result
Our carpet looks incredible! This is a rental we have and the downstairs carpet is five years old and looks almost new again! Mitch did an awesome job. I will need to have our carpets done soon in our own home and will ask for him.
