Our Technician Alex was professional, friendly and did a great job on our sofa, area rugs and chairs. Getting an estimate and setting an appointment was very easy and fast with your friendly staff.

I have used you company before and consistently your staff provides excellent service and boy do my carpets always look tons better. Brad did them this time - very professional and knew how to handle those "tough" areas to clean.

Technician was friendly, good listener, hard worker, knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way. Worked diligently while here. He had good suggestions and left with carpet looking and smelling nice and clean.

Honestly the tech was a little talkative and really made a mess of by baseboards. I feel he was way aggressive with our furniture.

Great products- all tough stains were removed. Tech was prompt and stayed the extra time to ensure it looked beautiful . This is our 3rd time using Zerorez - would recommend to anyone.

Employee was very courteous and timely. However there is a haze left on my tile. I have tried to mop it out. We shall see. I don’t like the residue. Zerorez???
