We appreciate the absence of toxic chemicals. The rugs always look wonderfully refreshed (and this is no small feat because these are rugs that have been around for a long time). We also give higher "marks" to the folks who schedule the appointments and the folks who come to perform the service. This is truly an exceptionally fine company in all respects.

Well we got our carpet clean and it looks beautiful. Was very hesitant about not using the "typical wet clean options. So we tried this. I wish we could have been given other options like adding scent to the carpet. But so far today it has stayed and nothing has shown me that deep down dirt hasn't showed itself. Love this company very much and a friend suggested them. Will use again.
