I have used you for many years. However, one room (old carpet) didn't come out as well as expected and I am scheduled for a re-cleaning Aug 9. We'll see if it can be made to look a little better.
It's eco friendly and I worked well on all the stains in a 20 year old very light colored carpet. It took out my Pomeranian/chihuahua's pee spots.

Due to the nature of the carpet stains, the Zerorez technician had to come out twice to fully get rid of them.
