You are on time, very professional and honest about what you are able to do. My dog got into a package of macaroni and cheese. She did not like the macaroni but enjoyed the package of cheese which she opened on the carpet. It left a big stain. The technician tried very hard to get it out but was not totally sucessful and he informed me of that.
You really get dirty carpets clean and they aren't crunchy after the cleaning when walking over them.
