Kenny and Tim were very nice and professional. I am fairly happy with the result but a little bummed that they did not work to get a stain out of our bedroom carpet. The other stains came out pretty well. Will see how things look after a week or two. Again, the techs Kenny and Tim were great

The service man was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The job didn't take very long and he was very good about the "care" of our home while working inside. Since the home was new to us, I coukd not pinpoint what caused the spots on the carpet which would have helped him on treating those spots -we will see if his 'best guess' did the job. So far, all is good!

You handle business in a professional manner. The technician, AJ Morton, called as promised, and did the job in a timely way. He explained the condition of our carpet and the process he used. My only concern was how wet the carpet seemed when he was finished. The last time we had you clean our carpet, (2012), I don't recall it being that wet! It did finally dry and we moved the furniture back the following morning to be sure it was dry.
