Lou the technician that cleaned our carpets both times was very nice and very professional. I appreciate that Zerorez came back out to redo my basement carpet when it seemed like it felt a little stiff after the first cleaning. I would use Zerorez again after what they did to make it right. I was very impressed with Lou and how informative he was and I appreciated him coming back for the second cleaning. We are happy to recommend Zerorez to our family and friends.

The carpet feels really clean when your done. It's softer and smells clean: not like soap or fragrance!! Your technician was amazing. He knows his trade. Angel was terrific!! A definite 10!! He got a stain of nail polish out of cream color carpet that has been there for 8 years!!! I was thrilled beyond my expectations. Zero respect is the only carpet cleaner for us. The technician did a great job. He sold me on the bio process to kill potential pet urine odors from coming up. I have 2 dogs but didn't think the process was necessary. I had heard of this chemical treatment before but had my mind set on not paying anymore than what was quoted over the phone. I felt it was just a deodorizer but he explained the benefits and process without being pushing or doing a "pushy salesman" job on me. I'm glad it was done. My carpet looks great and dried in 8-10 hours. It feels great, fluffed up and smells fresh. Elizabeth
