I am always pleased with the result of my carpet cleaning but this time was exceptional. Rickey Brown took his time to look at the rug and the type of mat underneath to make his recommendations for service considering the issues I had with a poor pet sitter. As I continue to use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning I will always try and get Rickey as the service consultant. He was pleasant, professional and did an amazing job.

Friendly, Fast, carpets get clean and dry fast.

The technicians did a great job and addressed all my concerns. one of the areas is sticky. I think it is because the lead was training another technician and the mixture for the pre-treat for the area with "pet stains" was off. However, the technicians happily went over the area again to try to rinse and increase the water to solvent mixture.

Also, the orange smell of the product is not overwhelming, but very pleasant.

Professional service

I like the chemical free aspect of your product. The smell was a little stronger than I anticipated, I tend to be overly sensitive to smells, but once it completely dried, the smell was gone and my cheap worn carpet looked so much better. The technician I had, I can't remember his name I am afraid, was wonderful. He was polite and did a very nice job. I am glad I took a chance on your company. Thank you.
