All products do what they claim, removing stains and odors, etc. Every employee, from the office staff to the serviceman, were polite, professional and courteous. I won't hesitate to recommend Zerorez to anyone and everyone and I will use Zerorez personally in the future.

Scheduling was easy, you guys did a great job of reminding me of the appointment and letting me know what to do to get the most out of my service, Mariano called an hour prior to my scheduled window to see if he could come 30 minutes early, he was prompt, very professional and personable, worked hard and my carpets look great!
