I like that chemicals are not used and that your process helps from stains reappearing. It's nice that you clean almost everything so I can call one company for multple sevices. I haven't tried anything other than carpet cleaning yet, but plan to. The technician was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything and give instructions for spot cleaning.
