Like that you do not use soap! The items cleaned get dirty sooner when soap is used! My couches look awesome!! Technician was friendly, helpful and courteous. He was very informative and lead us through the process as this was our first time using Zerorez. Have heard advertisements on 850 AM in the mornings when I drive to school!!! Great decision!!! Extremely satisfied!!!
