Field personnel are the best. My carpets look cleaner longer than other services

I like that our carpets can get clean without he use of soap products. There are two things that I think should change, however. We had moved literally all of our furniture except one couch downstairs ourselves. I did not think to tell the carpet cleaners that I wanted the couch moved to clean under it. It seemed obvious to me that it should be moved since it was the only piece of furniture in the room. At the end of the cleaning I discovered that the couch had not been moved. I asked the carpet cleaners to come back and move the couch and clean underneath it. They graciously complied. They said that was something I should have told them in the walk-through. I would suggest that your carpet cleaners ask such questions in the future during the walk through. Since that was the only piece of furniture in the room, they could've asked me if I wanted it moved and not just assumed that I did not want it moved.

The second thing that I think should change is what is advertised and what the cleaners told me regarding the drying time for the carpet. Even though it was a warm day, we kept the windows open, and had fans going all day long, the carpets took overnight to dry in many places. Some spots were not dry even after 24 hours. It would be helpful for the consumer to realize the realistic length of the drying time of the carpets.

Both of the staff members we met, one to make a quote, and one to acutally perform the service were very pleasant and respectful.
We had had our carpets cleaned approximately 5 months ago, by a "normal" company that uses detergents. We had requested from them both a "quick dry" and "pet treatment". At that time, our older dog had urinated in a few small spots, and there was no odor. Immediately after their cleaning, there was a very strong odor that we could not get rid of. Within 2 months the carpet was dirtier than it had ever looked, with black trails in our pathways. They would not do ANYTHING to resolve our complaints.
I had heard of Zerorez, and decided to give you a try. The differences were amazing:
1) The floor was drier when you were done than their "Quick dry" treatment
2) The odor we had had for 5 months after their cleaning was IMMEDIATELY gone
3) 95% of the staining that occurred after their treatment was completely gone, and the other 5% is faint.

We have already, in 1 week, recommended you to 3 people.

It is so important that: For 5 months we were embarrassed to have anyone over because of the odor and stains, which resulted from us trying to be proactive when there was no odor and just a few faint stains.
Within 5 days we had had 2 different couples over to the house.

You never know who or what you're going to get when you use a service like yours the first time. I can't tell you how very satisfied we were when AJ and Cole showed up and did their "magic". Our carpets were embarrassingly disgusting. We knew there were a few spots that would not come out. But,the rest looks SO good. The guys got right to it, moved furniture that we couldn't and were just as polite and pleasant as could be. Hope we can get them next time. And, there will be a next time!! Thank you, Zerorez. So far so good, dog urine and vomit stains are not coming back up on carpet. Good job, vey through. Although sofa is beginning to smell of vomit once again...do you guarantee or redo steam cleaning of sofa?

I was able to have both my carpet cleaned and my tile, and both were protected afterward. This past year has been particular difficult due to hospitalizations and extended illness. It was important to me get as much done as possible since I knew I was probably going to have my house appraised. Although I could not expect miracles after months of neglect I knew Zerorez could help make the biggest impact overall.....and boy it did! The technician was able to devote some extra help to clear the areas, pre-treat, carefully clean and apply the potectant. With over a year of poor maintenance and still limited movement the technition helped me showcase the house and furniture, and the life left on the carpet to show my home to the appriaser.

Sorry, I do not remember the name of the technician who cleaned our carpet. He was very polite and courteous. We had some common interests we talked about.He explained about biohazard cleaning of certain stains and the added cost.
After he had collected his equipment, we asked him to clean some recliners. He did not bat an eye at the extra work.
We have always used Stanley Steemer in the past. However, I definitely feel our carpets are cleaner and can visibly see the difference.
We will be a return customer.

I was waiting a few days to respond to survey to make sure no residue dirt surfaced. It did not! and my hallway and stairs were pretty dirty. Will use Zerorez again.
