Friendly, Fast, carpets get clean and dry fast.

The technicians did a great job and addressed all my concerns. one of the areas is sticky. I think it is because the lead was training another technician and the mixture for the pre-treat for the area with "pet stains" was off. However, the technicians happily went over the area again to try to rinse and increase the water to solvent mixture.

The carpets look and feel so clean!!

My carpets and chair and sofa were very dirty. The guys who came out took time to do the job well. I was really impressed!

Professional service

I like the chemical free aspect of your product. The smell was a little stronger than I anticipated, I tend to be overly sensitive to smells, but once it completely dried, the smell was gone and my cheap worn carpet looked so much better. The technician I had, I can't remember his name I am afraid, was wonderful. He was polite and did a very nice job. I am glad I took a chance on your company. Thank you.

The fact that you don't use soaps or chemicals. The carpet felt so much nicer when it was dry compared to other times when I used a "regular" carpet cleaning service provider!
