This time I am not happy about the charge for your service. You cleaned two throw rugs, it took the Tech about 1/2 hour and the charge was $283.00 a lot!
You advertise three 200 foot rooms for $124.00 plus the water charge and that would have taken your tech longer, I just do not understand! Name removed

I've worked with Zerorez a few times now, and I'm consistently pleased with the end result and overall value. I like that my house doesn't smell like chemicals after the cleaning and I feel comfortable letting my kids and pets walk on the carpet with the knowledge that the products used are not dangerous.
On this visit in particular, John Dulanto did an excellent job walking me through his plan for cleaning, outlining particular problem areas and making recommendations. I didn't feel that he was trying to pressure me into a more expensive service offering, and the end result exceeded our expectations.
