Friendly customer service, fast service

This is the second time that I have used Zerorez and what I appreciate most is the professionalism of the tech and the thoroughness of the job. Seth was my technician both times and he did a fantastic job of explaining to me the different types of product he used depending on the type of stain.

How well the cleaning was done and the technition

The technicians were very efficient with their time, and very thorough. They were extremely nice and worked hard on my carpets. They replaced a portion of carpet and there was no sign that a repair had been made.

Found the service to be very quick (It didn't take as long as I though it would). He even got the stairs clean! It also dried quickly and it was great to know there was no residue left behind.

No leftover residue in the carpets. The price was good. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. He got out a stain that other companies were not able to remove.

Your process does an excellent job of cleaning and doesn't leave the carpet stiff & crunchy. I like the fact that it cleans without leaving behind a soap residue. Josh, the technician who serviced our home (09/13/13), was very professional, pleasant and friendly. This was our 2nd time using your company; we'll certainly call upon you again.

I like the way my carpet feels after a cleaning by Zerorez. The carpet is clean without a crunchy dried residue. The technicians are professional, polite, and friendly. I refer everyone to Zerorez. My brother is also in the carpet cleaning business, with a competitor. I would rather use Zerorez, which I know is a better quality service, than to call my brother's company. I think that says a lot about Zerorez as a company, in every aspect.
